DEAR MAMA,
My journey with The Parenting 360 began from a deeply personal place.
The moment I first heard the news of my son, Shafii, it felt like a profound gift — a ni’mah (blessing). But with that joy came the immense weight of the Amanah — the sacred trust of raising a child.
Like every mother, I was filled with the desire to do everything right and keep my child safe. Yet, the world around me felt vast, confusing, and often overwhelming. Balancing modern life with our timeless Islamic principles felt like an impossible puzzle.
I remember those late nights — endlessly searching online, feeling more anxious than reassured; drowning in advice that only deepened my confusion; and quietly wondering if I was the only one who didn’t have it all figured out.
Motherhood, I realized, wasn’t just a change — it was a complete 360-degree transformation of my world.
And in that beautiful, messy chaos, I discovered a powerful truth:
Motherhood is not about perfection — it’s about preparation and presence.
What I — and every mother — truly needed wasn’t another rulebook.
We needed reliable, compassionate guidance that met us where we were — honoring both our deep love and our exhaustion, our fears and our hopes.
